He took the necessary time with me to find out exactly what I was looking for and in my price range. The new car manager, Corey was also wonderful! He made sure we had a good experience and that we were happy with the price of our new car. The quality of work was phenomenal. After purchasing my car Craig sat in the car with me to make sure that I knew everything about my new car before I drove off of the lot. This dealership was extremely friendly to my husband and I. The customer service is wonderful, everyone who walked by us were smiling and asked if we needed anything. After purchasing the car I looked at my husband and said, " That was kind of fun! " This is the second car that I have purchased from Bob Moore Infiniti and on both occasions my overall experience was extraordinary!! My salesman was helpful and knowledgeable about infinities. It was my first one so I had a lot of questions how all the gadgets worked. Dylan was great! He ensured we had everything we needed and that we were set up perfectly! Dylan sat down and extensively went over the features and made sure everything was good to go. I've never had that sort of help from a dealership so it was much appreciated! He was also very friendly and courteous as well. With a little bit of negotiating we feel we paid a great price. The price negotiation process was not a hassle at all. Dylan also took us around and introduced us to the service manager, which was much appreciated! And, he also made sure we had another car to drive (same model), while we waited for ours to come in the next week. When we picked our car up, it was immaculate and had been waiting inside for us. I was very impressed overall with my experience! If you go to Bob Moore, you should always ask for Dylan! More
I purchased a JX 35 on August 30 (date I brought the SUV home). I was told the roof cross bars I wanted for my car would be in on Tuesday 3 September. On Thursday 5 September I sent my sales person (Micha home). I was told the roof cross bars I wanted for my car would be in on Tuesday 3 September. On Thursday 5 September I sent my sales person (Michael Gipson) a text asking about the status of my roof cross bars. He texted back quote "They were on backorder but became available again yesterday. I had them order them, they should be in on Tuesday. My parts guy will call you when they’re in!" To me this mean stop pestering me. I have not heard from the sale guy (Michael) in person or over the phone since that day I drove the SUV off the lot. Today is Saturday September 21st I still have not heard from my sales guy or the parts department. He also told me he would stop by my house to see how I was enjoying the car and to see if I had any issues. I have not heard from him in person or over the phone since that day I drove the SUV off the lot. I asked about a manual for my car. For whatever reason one did not come with the car. Michael told me he was not sure what happened to my manual but he'll order me one. He'll let me know when it comes in. I have not heard from him in person or over the phone since that day I drove the SUV off the lot. I'm not pleased at all with the service after the sale. Bob Moore Infiniti took my money sent me on my way and said go away and stop pestering me. Since I wrote my original evaluation Bob Moore has made amends to my experience. They have completely satisfied my important issues. I do have an e-version of the manual. I was very pleased with Bob Moore’s response to my original evaluation. Once upper management was made aware of my issues they sprung into action to make my experience right. WOW I was impressed!!! I’m looking forward to years of service and satisfaction dealing with Bob Moore and my new Infinity JX 35!! More
