Great Vehicle, great Dealership, great Salesman We had been in the market and did our research on the new QX80 for approx. 30 days. After researching the lowest price for this vehicle within a 500 miles radius we felt confident that Bob Moore Infiniti of Oklahoma was the best choice. The initial contact was made in person and we met our salesman Chad Langley. He did research and submitted numerous vehicles for our consideration and was also very willing to look into vehicles we were interested through the Bob Moore Infiniti web site. We were out of town a considerable amount of time, but Chad kept the lines of communications open, but we never felt pressured or pushed. Once we made the decision to purchase we made the appointment to meet Chad and decide between two vehicles. The purchase process was informative and seamless and we credit Chad with this. We know he works for the dealership but we truly felt he had our best interest in mind during the entire process. He was honest, competent, professional and generally just a great guy. He feels like one of the family, which made the buying process much smoother. Bob Moore Auto dealers have always had a wonderful history in Oklahoma and now we know why. We have purchased four cars from Bob Moore in the last 7 months, 2 new, 2 used. Our two most recent purchases were from the Infiniti dealership. For example, my daughter was set to drive my car to the dealership to pick up her car, and I had accidentally taken my keys to work with me. Without my keys, she had no way to drive to the dealership. John Roy drove my daughter's car to our house so that she would be able to make it to her college class that afternoon. First, a little backstory on our purchase. My husband and I are not strangers to purchasing luxury vehicles. We just outgrew our Cadillac xxx and were looking to upgrade to a luxury SUV. Having my heart set I are not strangers to purchasing luxury vehicles. We just outgrew our Cadillac xxx and were looking to upgrade to a luxury SUV. Having my heart set on the QX56, my husband found my perfect match on Cars.com on your lot. I contacted your lot on Monday, December 22 and by Wednesday, December 24th we were en route on the 500+ mile journey to pick up our new vehicle. We had all our ducks in a row, all we needed to do was pick it up and sign the papers. When we arrived we were unable to drive the vehicle as it was still covered in ice from the ice storm Oklahoma City had received four days prior. It had not been washed or deiced in preparation for our arrival. We had to assist the sales associate in getting the doors open and getting the windshield cleaned off so we could drive it. When we were driving it, we heard an awful clacking noise. When we questioned the associate about it, he replied he wasn't sure. It was left at that. After driving we were ushered in to sign papers. All went very smoothly, and the financing department was a quick, painless, breeze. We had already filled out the application and were pre approved, so all that was left was the signing. We were then handed the key to our new car: covered in ice, gas light on, and making a funny noise. We were the proud owners. My husband asked the associate if he would please wash the vehicle and fill it up with gas since we had a 500 mile trip back home. He was very pleasant and obliging. Our request was met expediently. We appreciated that very much, but it has been our prior experience purchasing $30,000 luxury vehicles that they are handed over detailed and show room ready, without having to negotiate that. So that left two concerns: 1) we only received one key fob (and was told on the phone it would come with two) and 2) the car was still making a funny noise. We got in the car with our two year old, strapped in his carseat and started to back out. The car continued to make the noise and it made us nervous to take it home…so my husband went in and brought out the associate and asked him again about it. He told us immediately (after the paperwork was signed) that it was the vent actuator motor going out. This wasn't disclosed when we were test driving and asked SEVERAL times what the noise was. We asked him what we could do to fix it and he replied "its under warranty, take it to a dealer." So after we drove the 500 miles back home, we had to drive 100 miles to our closest dealer in Dallas to drop it off to be fixed, and another 100 miles back to Dallas to pick it up. This cost us $150 is gas. We were very disappointed that this wasn't disclosed to us on the phone when we called to check on the condition of the car. It wasn't disclosed during the test drive. It was ONLY disclosed AFTER we signed the paperwork. No effort was made at YOUR dealership to do the warranty work, the only recourse we had was "take it to a dealer." Very disappointed that we were without our car for a week, as it took that long for repairs, just days after purchasing it. THEY MADE NO OFFER TO DO THE WARRANTY WORK WHILE WE WERE THERE. We were also NOT provided with the two key fobs that we were told would come with the car. When asked they said they "misplaced one in a bag of keys and it would be overnighted." That was three months ago, and no key has been sent. Before writing a negative review we attempted to resolve our issues with preowed management and dealership management. Messages have gone unreturned. They do not care about customer service. More
