Great experience at Bob Moore Infiniti I had a great experience at Bob Moore with the Bob Moore family. I worked with two different Bob Moore dealerships. I started out at Bob Moore Subar I had a great experience at Bob Moore with the Bob Moore family. I worked with two different Bob Moore dealerships. I started out at Bob Moore Subaru and Gunner there was a great help. I went in to look at a Subaru Legacy and found one I wanted. Gunner tried extra hard to get me into the car but just was not able to make the deal work due to my negative equity in my car. I was in a a bit a a pickle and he knew it with me not being able to drive a standard anymore. He did everything in his power to try and help me. He then suggested that I look at Infiniti. He made a call to their new car manger and said that he thinks that they would be able to help me. To my surprise they were able to help me and get me into a car that I love. I am so happy with my Q50. I worked with Chris Higgins and he was great to work with. The finance guy was great to work with too. I can't remember his name but he help keep me in a positive mood. I was nervous because I knew my trade was upside down. He was able to get me done. Once I was finished with finance they showed me the details of my car and how everything worked. Once I got it home I noticed that there was some glue left on the chrome trim from the plastic and and something had gotten on the front of the grill. I got a follow up email from Chris and the internet manager and let them know. I got a call back from the new car manager Dustin McIntosh soon after. He told me to bring it in and they would do everything to make this better. I brought it in they gave me a loner and detailed it for me and made it look showroom perfect. Dustin and Chris were both great to work with and the exceeded my expectations. I know that there is always a chance that something will get missed like the glue, but the fact that they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that my car looked perfect makes me want to be a long term Bob Moore customer. More

Sales Help I initially contacted Bob Moore (Chris Higgins) about a QX80 purchase. I ended up finding a vehicle closer to home that we liked better. He was able to locate the exact exterior and interior that my wife wanted. He was a man of his word. What I mean is, what ever price we negotiated, he stuck to it when we arrived at the Dealership. In another words , there were no hidden fees and no additional add on's with the car price or finance charges. The guy is a true craftsmen and is very professional is his job!! he is a freaking Rock star!!!! More
Best dealership I've ever dealt with! My wife called me at work about a week ago, excited that she had found her "dream car" online. She directed me to the Bob Moore Infinity website. First thing I noticed was they were located in Oklahoma City, which is about 7 hours from our home. By the time I got home from work, my wife had printed off several pictures of the vehicle from their website. I knew what I had to do. Reluctantly, I called and originally spoke to Lita. I was pleasantly surprised how easy she made the process. Eventually she directed me to a salesman named Chris Higgins. Right on the spot I told them the vehicle I would be trading and was quoted a sight unseen price. It happened to be the exact price I wanted. He also give me a bottom dollar amount on the "dream car" my wife wanted. We literally in a matter of about 20 painfree minutes had the deal complete. Unfortunately for me, I had a 14+ hours drive ahead of me, the next day. The next morning I text Mr. Higgins to let him know I was on my way. About halfway there he text me just to see how the trip was going and to let me know he had the car cleaned and parked out front waiting on me. I ask him about tinting the 2 front windows to match the back ones and to my surprise, not only did they tint them, but also didn't charge me a dime. When I arrived, finally, the vehicle was ready to go! Mr. Higgins met me as soon as I got out of my vehicle and the process began. I didn't even test drive the vehicle. Wasn't any need cause I knew if I didn't come home with it, my wife would have been devastated. From the time I arrived until the time I left was 1 hour. Amazing! By far the best dealership and service I've ever dealt with! From me and my wife, especially my wife, thank you Bob Moore Infiniti!! My next vehicle purchase will be from there too! More

Horrible customer service from lying car dealers My husband and I had found the perfect car at Bob Moore Infiniti. We had already found another similar car in a different city, but the one at Bob Moo My husband and I had found the perfect car at Bob Moore Infiniti. We had already found another similar car in a different city, but the one at Bob Moore was perfect. Or at least we thought it was. My husband spent a week working out deals and plans and asking questions since we would be traveling 300+ miles to pick up my "perfect" car. The dealer told my husband that there weren't any comsmetic damages and there weren't any service lights flashing; which my husband specifically asked about. They LIED. When we got there, we looked at the car and took it for a test drive. We immediately noticed, among other things, that there where several massive cracks across the dash. The brakes needed to be replaced badly, they were metal on metal. As we let the car run longer, many service/warning lights started flashing. They weren't small things either. They were issues we would have to pay $400+ to fix. The salesman said he would take it around to the service department and have it looked at. When he returned he said that none of these things were safety issues; therefore, they wouldn't do anything about it. I don't understand what kind of person thinks bad brakes aren't a safety issue. The salesman said they wouldn't negotiate the price, regardless of the things we would have to pay to get fixed. What makes me even more angry is knowing none of this will be disclosed to anyone who is interested in this car. If they aren't car savvy, luckily like my husband, they have no clue what they are getting into. They obviously didn't care that we traveled 300+ miles to buy this car. They obviously just lied to is to get us to buy the car (which we did not!) They obviously could care less if they sold us a car or not. I will NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone. More
