So I went to Jacksonville because I seen two trucks I was interested in, the first was at bob mills so we stopped there first because it was the first dealership as we come into town, and we looked at and te interested in, the first was at bob mills so we stopped there first because it was the first dealership as we come into town, and we looked at and test drove the truck, and it was nice, and we ended up buying it well 5K miles later the motor locked up and after contracting the service department and telling them what happened they said they would call me back which they didn’t and when I would call it became harder to get in touch with the service manager and then was told they would charge me a certain rate to have the truck fixed even though they don’t have a diesel tech on hand, and I expresses my concern about that and asked if they would just cover part of the expenses since I just bought the truck and it was a hard no and you’ll have to ask the upper management who never answered the phone and never called back, and to be honest the whole process of buying from them kinda sucked they want to run credit first and make sure they can get a sale before they even think about making sure you like the vehicle, I’m giving a 2 star because for some reason I don’t mind Scott More
