We negotiated a price over the phone after several calls and texts. Drove over an hour away just to start the negotiation process all over again that both parties agree on. After 4 hours of playing the numbers game, the paper was signed and getting the introduction and initialize the Mitsubishi Connect System. Which failed to work before i left dealership in a brand new car, your salesman had identified a computer component connection issue and come to find out the problem was more serious than expected. I was totally not comfortable with this car. Then I was promised by Rick Gallagher that he would “make this right” and make us “comfortable with this purchase and put us in a different car exactly like what we were supposed to be purchasing from the start”. Total deception! I didn't buy a new car to put parts on it before it leaves the dealership. The console and dash was dissembled to replace this component. I attempted to speak to management and Chris Lewis stated that management wouldn't be in for a week. I could have at least received a call from management or someone to let me know they are aware of the situation. And when I did have a meeting schedule, it wasn't till the day after the scheduled meeting that I was notified by Bobby Mills to schedule another meeting that I couldn't attend and that somebody “dropped the ball” and didn't contact me that there was a schedule change. As a disabled veteran and family man with a disabled wife I don't see how anybody would can be dishonest and to misrepresent their own product. Yes sir, your dealership got one over on me and probably laughing all the way to the bank, but one thing is for sure I will let people know my experience. I got a Unicorn Came to Bob Mills with the intent of getting an Acura I was eyeing...things go, numbers are talked, and a deal was set. Just as we were ready to leave, an unforseen issue arose and getting that Acura was not going to happen. Of course, this was at no fault to the dealer, however Scott worked diligently to find the car that met my specific needs. Through this whole endeavor, Scott was very upfront and professional. Working with that man was a blast, and I am very appreciative for the work put in to get my current vehicle. With all that being said, I left the lot with a 2014 Jetta and I am very pleased.
