I bought a used truck from this dealership and drove it off the lot that night. It has some issues I brought to the dealerships attention the exact next day at witch I was told I would have to take care of off the lot that night. When I finally talked to the owner, I was told to bring it in to be fixed. I brought it in 30 minutes prior to me having to be at my final college exam and explained to them this was important. I walked I to his office, asked if he was in charge, and without looking at me or giving me any type of respect of standing or shaking my hand says “sometimes maybe” when I asked for his help he gave me absolutely none at all. I began to walk from the dealership to the college limping because of a combat injury. I was then called later to be told by someone I wouldn’t get a vehicle and or a car to use. So now I’m stranded and have no car and he has no clue when it will be done. Because this upset me as it would anyone, his words were to me “well I see all you want to do is argue with me so there’s no point in talking”. I told him lastly..... rick, I bought a car from you last week and I don’t have one now.... I paid you the money for a car your lot said was good to go, and now it’s in your garage and I have to walk? His response was, we only do it for customers that buy an extended warranty from us. That’s just the policy. So as I’m stuck at the navel hospital, with no ride or a truck that I bought, Rick feels as if he’s done a great job, and not one time did he get off his chair and apologize or at least help me. He also lied to me and told me that I called his service manager into the back room to discuss something with him, and at no time did I do that at all... the actual truth was the service manager called me back into the back room to talk. Rick is one of the most unprofessional, uncaring person with absolutely no customer skills whatsoever. I feel so upset I went here instead of carmax. I will not make that mistake with my wife and 4 teenagers. Worst experience talking with another man in my entire life. More

Matt and Bill are the most courteous, respectful service personnel I have ever dealt with at any dealership. They know how to make sure each customer is pleased with their service every single time. Worst experience ever Worst experience we have EVER had!!! They messed up paperwork several times, we had to come back on more than 1 occassion to sign things they "forgot" Worst experience we have EVER had!!! They messed up paperwork several times, we had to come back on more than 1 occassion to sign things they "forgot" to have signed. 10 days after purchase my daughter had to redo all the paperwork completely because they screwed up the trade in!! We got excuse after excuse after excuse when we inquired as to where our tags were as they expired on Oct 14th...." they usually dont come in until 4 days before the temp tag expires" .....the name on the ID is spelled wrong we need a corrected ID.....the DMV will not accept the temp copy of the ID........the problem is with the spelling of your name in the social security system you have to go to new bern to fix it.......STUPIDITY!!! We called SSC they said the dealership was full of it......the manager Chris was very rude and condescending and made it seem like it was our fault when i asked what we were supposed to do because our temp tag expired and we needed to get to and from work. He pretty much told us it wasn't his problem. When i asked him why his title clerk said their records showed our tag was good til the 24th but was only written to the 14th, he could not answer that.....the salesman,Carter, yelled at and humiliated my daughter in the parking lot in front of my friend and left her in tears!! Well a little birdie informed us that whenever you do a new title app a new temp tag should be issued. During this whole process they had my daughter sign 3 title apps and NEVER issued a new temp plate with the last 2!!! No one in my life has EVER spoken to me with such disrespect or disdain as that manager or salesman!! To top it off when they FINALLY got our plates today and told us to come get them.....they could not find them when we got there!!! The girl was giggling and laughing.....my daughter tried to talk to another manager,Elijah and ask him a question when apparently Chris walked in and told him not to answer any of her questions and kicked her out.....i will be going to the BBB, the State Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission More
