2015 Hundai Accent 1. 6l. Had my second transmission fluid flush and fill at 163,000 miles. Had it first done at Bob Mayberry when it had 80,000 miles. Scheduled a Satur 6l. Scheduled a Saturday appointment and did not have to wait long for my car to be brought in. Took advantage of their waiting room with assorted drinks & snacks provided for the customers. The job was done in a timely manner and the price for the service was fair since these transmissions are basically sealed and not for the do-it-yourself guy, otherwise I would have it myself. So far, the transmission has preformed flawless, but the engine not so much as it uses oil. I discussed this with the shop tech and this is common on this year car. These problems seem to have been corrected on the 2019 and up engines. We discussed my options as I really like this car and keep in in good condition and bought it with 30K miles and have maintained it very well. Looks like an engine rebuild or a remanufactured engine is my only option as I cannot upgrade to the newer engines. So when my oil usage hits a quart a week, or the engine quits altogether, I will make a decision as to what I will do if gas is still around - may even use Bob Mayberry to pull the engine and then reinstall it as it'll be cheaper than buying a new car or having a car payment. More

My most recent experience was yesterday when I got an oil change on my vehicle earlier in the morning. Later in the day a family member was following me home and noticed black/blue smoke coming from my car. I immediately turned the car off once at a safe location and checked the oil. It seemed overfilled. I called the dealership this morning right when they opened and I drove it over and it was taken right back and handled. The service manager was nice but honestly should have refunded me for the inconvenience, and possible damage to my engine. More

I finally got a call from Donna Allen/Ed Roary in regards to the 2022 Hyundai Elantra N. One of the managers (Christopher Hall) sent me the quote for it with the market adjustment of $2499 of which I agreed to the 2022 Hyundai Elantra N. One of the managers (Christopher Hall) sent me the quote for it with the market adjustment of $2499 of which I agreed to BUT then I said as long as my trade (2021 Chrysler 300 S with the V8) has the mark up for it's value I would agree to buy their car. Well that was a JOKE. Christopher offered $34,000 (POOR) KBB cost. My car is in excellent shape with 3,900. KBB has it at $39,500. I asked for $42,000 because it has Ceramic Coating (5 year warranty) transferable and upgraded JL audio system (Both valued at $6000) combined. I can't take the Ceramic Coating off so I passed on their ridiculous OFFER. How can they be the "No Games Guarantee Price" Dealership when they treat their customers with disrespect??? Avoid them. SAD. More
