All I wanted for so long was an ice blue car with good gas mileage and a few things nothing elaborate. I fell in love with little accent hatchback as the boys were grown and it was just me now. I had pu gas mileage and a few things nothing elaborate. I fell in love with little accent hatchback as the boys were grown and it was just me now. I had purchased 2 other vehicles from this dealer when they were chrysler, jeep, eagle, dodge.... there service was impecable, the price was the best around, and they provided you red carpet treatment so when I moved back home to take care of my Mother I knew where I would buy my car when I found out they were now a Hyundai dealer I just knew it would be the best deal and the best service. I was completely wrong...I don't know what happened to this dealership but all the time they were nice they were doing all kinds of stuff to my car. I went to pay they kept me there forever when I went to give them the check from the bank they didn't even ask me for the cash i was to put down nor did they ask me to sign the check. The car has come in with a dent in the door and a vibration in the left front tire. My salesmen had left when he said he would wait on me to get there I guess he knew the car was messed up so he didn't want to be there. No else did either. They didn't go over the features on the car or tell me about the radio left the owner manuals on the desk in front of me and walked off saying they would be back to go over everything and never returned. Then told me my salesman would call me tomorrow to set up getting the car fixed he didn't call for 4 days. when I left that evening i realized I had not signed the back of the bank check and went back, asked to sign it, and they still never said anything like hey i know that you were suppose to get a new car with under 100 miles and we are sorry it came in this way we will do everything we can to fix it and make it right but no nothing just thank you and started to talking to someone else. The car was to be new and already had 475 miles on it. they called back after a week and set up for me to bring the car in and kept it for over a week. Keep in mind I had only gotten to drive it to work 2 days... When it was returned to me it was done at night and the next day when the sun was out i had paint on the dash, steering wheel, radio, the glass that covered the gages, driver door running down over the speeker on the door, on the quarter pannel behind the driverseat, on the back seat, boot prints all over the floor on the seats,(front, back, behind the back rests), head rests, sealing, in the hatcback area, and back of headrests in the hatchback area. Screws from the dash in the floor and the car ran worse. When I cranked it, it sounded like it something was scraping in the crankshaft, the transmission started to slip, I smelt gas in the cab really strong when I started the car, the left front tire was worse, and the dash started making a loud vibrating noise when I went over the slightest bump in the road...Whenm the salesmen called me back all he wanted to know was where was his $791.00 down. You remember the one no one asked for in the beginning.... I thought they were going to forget that for the car being delivered in less than new condition which was why they never asked for but no..... that wasn't it. When I brought the car back to get all of that fixed not only did they not get all the paint out of the car didn't fix the dash, tire, or anything else.... they just patted down the inside of the car to make the boot prints go away and didn't feel that a full detail inside was warranted per the Dennis I believe the Service Manager. They wondered why I didn't have anything nice to say about my experience. I have had to take the car to another dealership several times because I was afraid what more damage they would do to this car to the point that they finally traded me out out at another dealer to a new car 3 months later.... I would never recommend them again... They lost a loyal customer for life. More
I must start by saying we purchased a Sonata Limited at another dealer, traded in our car, they gave us a loaner until our new car came in and we were ready to pick up the car on Saturday, January 29, 2011 another dealer, traded in our car, they gave us a loaner until our new car came in and we were ready to pick up the car on Saturday, January 29, 2011 when I saw an ad in the paper for the same exact Sonata for $57.00 a month less than what I was leasing the car for at the other dealer! Of course I immediately called Bob Mayberry to see if this was a true ad or a come on and to my horror it was true! My husband and I went back to the first dealer, told them to meet it or we leave and needless to say, they told me there is NO way they can get that car for me for that money! We said we will take our chances and if it wasn't true when we got there, we would come back to them with our heads between our legs! We took our car back that they had already detailed and went to Bob Mayberry. IT WAS TRUE! Keith Knox was a great salesperson and did everything he could to make us happy. The only thing that made the price slightly higher was that we wanted 15,000 miles and not the 12,000 in the ad which I knew about before we even got there. Not only was the price lower, but the dealership itself gives you a lot for your money. There is a list of things they do, but one is free car washes for the lifetime of the time we have the car! Oil changes, tires checked etc.! It was a pleasure doing business with them and we picked the car up yesterday and love it! Sherry & Sam More

I was well pleased with them at that time and that is why I returned to do business with them again. More

I did not intend to buy a car now just gather some information - Mr. Pigg was one of the most courteous salespeople I have ever met. He let me drive three different Sonata's explaining the differences and was very patient with all my questions. He introduced me to the service manager Mr. Tom as well as to Branden the owner. Before I knew it I had bought a new car! I just love it. Mr. Pigg has called several times since then to make sure everything is well with my car. They even gave me free car washes for as long as I own my car!!! More

I spent two days on the internet and phone shopping for a new Genesis. After one day, I narrowed it to two dealerships based on price, quality of sales person and follow up on my questions. Paul Moore alwa new Genesis. After one day, I narrowed it to two dealerships based on price, quality of sales person and follow up on my questions. Paul Moore always responded to my questions (many) about the product and the lease proposition. The dealership was open on Sunday this week. My wife and I visited and were promptly greeted by several people including Paul. We took one final test drive. The car was immaculate and ready to drive off the lot. The lease was concluded quickly. So, I have now purchased two Hyundai cars in 10 months, and will be back for more. PS: I had the opportunity to walk through the service bay today (Sunday). The floor was exceptionally clean, all tools put away, etc. These guys are pros and proud of their work and workplace. Congratulaitons to Bob Mayberry for running a great operation and the service manager/team and sales folks. More
I had tire pressure issues of which I went into the service department to resolve. My vehicle is new with less than 5000 miles on it. The tire pressures were checked and the light went off. I asked at service department to resolve. My vehicle is new with less than 5000 miles on it. The tire pressures were checked and the light went off. I asked at that time if any of the tires were low or if they had to add air, and I was given a vague, "the pressures were checked" answer. However the gauge light came on again within a week. Before I could get it back to the dealership, something cut my tire. Upon further examination, there was nail in my tire, not related to the cut. The tire manufacturer's manual states that low pressure in a tire will make it more susceptible to cuts, punctures and road damage. If the nail had been noticed in my first visit, the tire would have been repaired and not low in pressure. The service department also had no record of what the pressures were when I came in with the initial complaint, or if they had to add air to any of the tires. Therefore they cannot say with any certainty that the tire did not have a problem the week before. After speaking with the Service Department and my Salesman, I was told that they will not take any responsibility for the tire, stating the cut is independent of any low pressure issues. I had requested that they take some responsibility and share in the cost of the new tire. Again I was refused. If the service department kept more accurate details of what they actually serviced, the tire problem may have been resolved. However, the lack of detail and the resulting "washing their hands" of any wrongdoing is irresponsible. More
I helped a friend purchase a car. I visited 3 Hyundai and 2 Kia dealerships looking for just the right car and price. I felt the Paul Moore was the most helpful, courteous and patient sales person I hav and 2 Kia dealerships looking for just the right car and price. I felt the Paul Moore was the most helpful, courteous and patient sales person I have ever worked with. He did not play games. I told him what I needed and he provided the information up front without pressure and without running back to his manager. He also offered the best price of any of the dealers I worked with. Paul was always prompt in returning my calls, providing written quotes and having paperwork ready. He offered us drinks repeatedly. Bob Mayberry himself visited with me just to chat about life and asked if he could make my visit any more comfortable. When the deal was done I left feeling like I had been well treated and I look forward to going back when I need to purchase my next car. I definitely recommend Paul Moore as a salesperson. More
