Had my 2010 Genesis to this dealer three times to complete warranty repairs on the AC and Heated Seat, the most recent time lasted 5 days, and the AC is still not working. Worked with a service clerk complete warranty repairs on the AC and Heated Seat, the most recent time lasted 5 days, and the AC is still not working. Worked with a service clerk named Justin Hill, who acknowledged that the AC was still not working, and his only solution was to take it to another dealership.... Refusing warranty service which violates the warranty agreement..... After learning that the Owner, GM, Sales and Service Managers were all out on vacation I left (still no AC). After calling back the next day, and speaking to a Business Manager, Justin Hill called me back and informed me that I was not to call or return to the dealership... Didn't know Service Clerks had the authority to override the national warranty program... Given they could not fix the problems, this was better for me as well. They are a recent convert from Chrylser to Hyundai, and I would look for a more experienced dealership to perform any serious repairs. There are 6 with in 30 minutes of Bob Mayberry, all of which are long time Hyundai Service qualified. Good news is that after three attempts the seats are finally working! More

I went into the dealership to just browse their selection of used Sonata's. I had absolutely no intention of buying a vehicle for several reasons - 1)didn't have my down payment ready, 2)my credit report is of used Sonata's. I had absolutely no intention of buying a vehicle for several reasons - 1)didn't have my down payment ready, 2)my credit report isn't exactly what I want it to be, 3) my family's financial security isn't 100% stable right now. Well, turns out, Bob Mayberry had the EXACT car I have been looking for. Mike (the salesman) came out - wasn't pushy, wasn't brash, friendly, "let's just see what we can do". Brandon Reeves, part owner of the dealership, was also on site. The deal that they worked out for me was BEYOND reasonable, BEYOND great! They gave me a deal that I literally could not walk away from - even though I was not prepared to buy a car that day. These two tag-teamed us, but not in the normal "oh God, it's a car salesman" kind of way! :) They were fantastic, and I would recommend Bob Mayberry any day of the week. More

This was the easiest, fastest car buying/leasing experience that my husband and I have ever had. Mr. Moore contacted us immediately when we expressed interest in a car we had seen on-line. Being able to complete the financing paperwork on-line was a major plus. We knew we were qualified and only had to go in, have my CRV assessed for its value, sign the paperwork and drive off. And, that's exactly how it happened. Even though Mr. Moore had other clients, he was able to work with us so that we were in and out of the dealership in about an hour. He and Mr. Kipp were extremely nice and professional and took the time to make sure we understand the paperwork and how the car worked. Mr. Moore even set up my Blue Tooth before we left! I am loving my new car and even took it back recently to take advantage of the free car wash Bob Mayberry offers. We will definitely recommend this dealership & Mr. Moore to our friends. In fact, we've already shared what a great experience we had with multiple people. More

I had been shopping for 3 days for a new to me car. On the 3rd day I stopped in at Bob Mayberry and was greeted promptly by Brian Richardson. I told him what I was looking for in a SUV and what price range I was looking in. He immediately showed me the best used SUV on the lot, 2007 Jeep Commander. At first I wasn't thrilled about the color, but after driving it, I decided I loved everything about it, even the color. My husband works from home, so Brian rode with me to my house to let my husband take a look at it. It looked like financing was not gonna go thru that day with the finance woman we were working with. We came back the next day and talked with Ted Kipp and within a half hour we were signing papers. I definitely recommend Bob Mayberry and if you're shopping ask for Brian Richardson!!!! He's great and we will be making our next purchase from Brian. He pays attention to detail, and is very observant. When we came back in the next day he still remembered we had a huge dog named Izzy. I love that our salesman remembers not only our children's names but also our dogs' names as well :) More
