My husband and I stopped by Bob Mayberry to look at the Hyundai Elantras. We were greeted by Gene Simmons who offered to get us the keys so that we may take a better look and a test drive. I shared with Gene that although we were looking to trade a 2007 Toyota Highlander in and wanted to purchase a new Elantra, our less than perfect credit score had me doubtful. Both Gene and Lourdes Tellez worked diligently to get us approved for the car that we love. Much to my surprise we actually drove off with our new car that very same night. Our wonderful experience at Bob Mayberry has definitely made us life long customers. I will always be grateful to both Gene and Lourdes for all of their hard work. Thank you! I had been looking for a low mileage dodge charger for many months, i found one on auto trader that was at bob mayberry hyundai. it was low mileage very clean. i inquired by emailing paul falcon moore. many months, i found one on auto trader that was at bob mayberry hyundai. it was low mileage very clean. i inquired by emailing paul falcon moore. it was around 1am. by 8am i had a phone call from him in reference to my inquiry. this was on a wednesday. paul and chuck richmond both worked tirelessy to find me the right financing. by friday they said we were all ready to go. i drove down on saturday jan 12th. when i pulled up in the lot i was greeted immediately upon getting out of my car, and when i walked into the showroom the lady at the customer service desk even though she was already on the phone, took a second to move the phone from her mouth, say hi and ask if we had been helped. while waiting for paul to to finish up with the customer he was with i was able to inspect the charger, and it was everything it was from the pictures. so there were no gimmicks, no bait and switches and no smoke and mirrors. after getting all the paperwork together, we went back to finance where we were greeted by lourdes. she was very personable and gave a very warm feeling while in her office. she even got me an interest rate lower than i was expecting as well as a lower payment. she was very engaging with converstation as she went over all the terms of the loan. she carried herself in a miami hurricane championship manner. so as i initialed and signed the dotted lines i even found out we had a special soft spot in common in our hearts. the 2006 chick fil bowl! overall a great experience. and even at the end i was thanked for giving them an opportunity to sell me a car. never had that happen before. I have admired the Hyundai in traffic so I called the dealership and was transferd to Justin Michaud to talk about the options of a new car. I knew in that moment the manner in which he spoke to someone he had never met, that this was the type of Sales Consultant I wanted to work with. When I met Justin for our appointment that afternoon he immediately had options of cars that fit my needs and so professionally and deligently worked very hard to put me in the right car. The entire process from start to finish was so professional, personalble and just top notch. Ted Kipp, Keith Camp and Chris Griffin could not have been more professional and helpful to me in purchasing. I am so very grateful that I made that call and now I have a new beautiful Hyundai Elantra, Thank you from my heart Justin for all your hard work and the other gentlemen of Bob Mayberry for all your help. I was nearing the end of the lease on my vehicle, not a Hyundai, and was very happy with what I had. He listened attentatively, asked some key questions and made some suggestions about what was available. I felt like I was talking to a friend instead of a salesman. There was no pressure, I test drove several models and found a car meeting all of my requirements at a better price than other dealers I checked. I got the car the same day and have been very happy with it and with the way I was treated by Gene Simmons. More

We have been looking for new cars in various places thinking that all dealerships were the same...pushy, rude, bland... But we were directed from a friend to see this dealership. Within the first visit and meeting with gene we were back the next day driving off the lot with our new car. We had numerous hoops for the dealer to jump through and Gene nor Lourdes didn't mind. They walked my wife and i through the process vividly to ensure we understood it all. They both were the only reason we were able to get our new car and they will be highly recommended by us. We will be returning to this location for our cars in the future. More
