We bought a Honda CRV 2023 last month from Beaverton Honda. Nick was the sales representative during the purchase. It was a very amusing experience with Nick since he was caught being blatantly dishones Honda. Nick was the sales representative during the purchase. It was a very amusing experience with Nick since he was caught being blatantly dishonest about the most obvious after-sales services at the dealership. Nick initially told us that Beaverton Honda did not provide the mandatory 2-year after-sales service for brand-new cars in an effort to make us buy the 5-year long dealership after-sales service. He also tried to charge us an additional $986 for sealant that Honda already applied at the factory. He eventually walked back on his mendacious sales tricks when we showed disinterest in buying the car from the dealership. Overall, it was an unpleasant interaction with a stupid dealership agent. Wait for hours with no updates unless you take action to ask for them. Be ready for several “oh I was just about to call them”. After a 8 hour wait, I was told my car wouldn’t be serviced that day and tha ask for them. Be ready for several “oh I was just about to call them”. After a 8 hour wait, I was told my car wouldn’t be serviced that day and that it would be three more days for a wheel bearing to arrive. No offer of a loaner. No option for a courtesy shuttle. Wasn’t believed that my aux/usb port was no longer working. Was told it was working fine. It was not. So after having my car for three days, they never addressed the car play issues -I am back here again waiting and wondering how many hours I’ll be here. All of which could have been avoided if I was listened to and believed in the first place. The people here are nice enough, but the complete lack of communication and follow-through is infuriating. More

Terrible service not only is Jason narcissistic, but arrogant and needs to be humbled. He knew absolutely nothing about the cars and didn’t provide any help. The issue with having a “customer advocate” is that if they stop advocating for you, you have no one else to contact. Ended up working out mostly ok but still a PITA for a while there to get ahold of anyo they stop advocating for you, you have no one else to contact. Now it’s a year later (end of 7/2023) and I’m trying to get service scheduled but they can’t help me until the end of October for a recall (no transportation options home btw, even though it’s a Honda issue) or an indeterminate amount of time for a new key because of a supply chain issue (thought we weren’t blaming Covid for everything anymore but apparently they still do) More

We went to 4 other dealers before we came into Beaverton Honda. Eric helped us with the whole process. He was receptive and truly listening to what we had to say. Really had a great buying car experience with Erick Batres and the Beaverton Honda. Things were smoother and faster than other car dealerships I dealt with in the past and they really walk the talk and Batres and the Beaverton Honda. I recommend Erick the Sales Associate, he will find different ways to help you understand the difference deal offers and easy way to follow the process and no pressure feelings but a comfortable way to do business. Surely a referral to my friends and family members. More
