Everyone that I had any dealings with at all was extremely friendly and courteous. From the time I stepped foot onto the parking lot until the sales rep shut the door on the new Kia Soul right befor extremely friendly and courteous. The owner himself came by and got my two boys and took them to get a freshed bake cookie. The process took two days because I went through my own bank. Monday evening when I returnd with the check from my bank the salesman still remembers my kids names.
