I came to Kia because of the warranty, and Brian was my salesman. He was so friendly and easy to talk to. Just bought my new 2012 Kia Forte 5 SX and Brian Jeffries our sales person was absolutely STELLAR. He went the extra mile in all of my requests and has truly EXCELLENT follow up. Very pleased with this dealership. My husband and I are leasing a 2012 Forte, and we love it...overall, it's a great little car. The staff were also very nice/friendly. 1st. Day- Upon arrival we were met by a friendly guy named John Nelson. I told him that my wife was interested in the Sorento & that I was a Ford man (John just smiled). He took us on a detailed tour of the Sorento and a test drive. Compared to the 2013 Ford Escape, the Sorento is very impressive. We had a previous quote from another close by KIA Dealership not in High Point. I also had a quote on a 2013 Escape. While my wife was waiting on John to get her a price quote, my family was treated with a great amount of southern hospitality from Kathy Walser and Scott Mcleod. I was very apprehensive about buying a Kia, so I walked over and talked to 3 different Kia owners waiting on their cars to be serviced. I figured they would tell me the inside scoop on these cars. They had nothing bad to say except "they love their Kia". (This is why I gave a 5 on "Quality of Work"). Bob King could not come close to the price quote we had from the other Kia dealership. They kindly told us to go buy it for that price. As we were leaving they respectfully told us "you'll be back'. They could have talked bad about the other Kia dealership, but had the integrity to refrain. My wife and I were amazed at how nice and respectful that everybody was even though we didn't by a car from them. So we headed to the Ford dealership. I needed to look under the hood to make sure the 2013 was as easy to work on as the 2012. I was surprised. It was NOT. "Oh No I thought." I really might get a Kia. There is so much room under the hood of a Kia. I like to work on my own vehicles. 2nd. Day- I called the "other" Kia dealership and told them that my wife and I were coming to look at the Sorento. The same one we had a price quote for. He immediately started back peddling and said that price was the sale price for that day only and that it would take an additional $2000. I don't think so. 2nd. Day @ Bob King- Yeah I know, I thought I would have to eat crow, so I went ahead and printed out a picture of a crow and taped it to my shirt and walked in. I saw some smiles. They told me I didn't have to eat crow and that they are use to this behavior from the "other" Kia dealership. Scott Mcleod and Kathy Walser are still being just as friendly as before. I had to talk to one more Kia owner waiting for their car to be serviced. I couldn't believe it, it was all positive comments. I believe John was on vacation that day so Scott Dowd, another friendly guy, finished up on the sale. Donna Owens-Lineberry did a very thorough job finalizing the paperwork. They do live up to their commercial. NOBODY. I MEAN NOOOOOBODY BEATS BOB KING KIA! This is the first brand new car we have ever bought. 40 with two kids. the Williams family - Thank you guys! More
