Great service, horrible cars Bought a 2004 Toyota sienna about 2 months ago an though my service was great my car was essentially a lemon. My sales representative Antwon Reid is a Bought a 2004 Toyota sienna about 2 months ago an though my service was great my car was essentially a lemon. My sales representative Antwon Reid is a liar. He promised me that my non-working sunroof would be fixed but once the sale was made he claimed it was out of his hands. I also later found out that when it rains outside it also rains in my car. Again "out of Bob king's hands" now the car won't start half the time without a jump. I'm disgusted with this dealership and would never recommend it to anyone. 10,000 bucks down the drain More

Awesome Experience The dealer I worked with asked a few questions. Then brought me options within my budget. As a single part that is very important. He did not try to talk me into more expensive options. All phases of the buying process were great. The dealership as a whole was very clean. My daughter and I were offered drinks and refreshments multiple times throughout the day. I offered to go sit somewhere else while we waited and the salesman did not shuffle me around. I have only bought a couple cars from other dealerships and I have never had this type of experience. I will recommend yhem to anyone looking to buy. I have already gave them a shout out in facebook.
