This time we gave the dealership a good review because of some issues with quotes given and then changed. However, we had some compensation in the end. More

A excellent car buying experience. I've always been an educated car buyer who is patient when it comes to these types of purchases. Bob King Kia did a nice job of providing info in a n I've always been an educated car buyer who is patient when it comes to these types of purchases. Bob King Kia did a nice job of providing info in a non-pushy manner. Clearly, they want to sell cars, but they are willing to listen to customer requests and patiently answer as many questions as a customer asks. Their trade-in value on our used vehicle (I've ALWAYS privately sold, never traded) was light years better than any other dealership we had dealt with up to that point. We didn't steal from them and they didn't steal from us- both sides walked away with a fair deal which is all you can ask for in a car dealer sale. All of the sales people were friendly and Terry and Scott (salesperson and sales manager) were fantastic to work with. Car buying is stressful... they alleviated quite a bit of that. If I need another vehicle, they'll be the first place I go. More
