Went to Service I had to go to service. I'm an older lady and sometimes things like this can be confusing and frustrating. Young people dont always treat their elders I had to go to service. My service is always through John Apple, and I avoid setting it up through anyone else. They handle everything for me, down to the shuttle to work if I need them to take me and can't wait. I'm sure that I will go back to them again if I can ever let go of the 2015 Turbo Optima that I have (not sure I will though until I have to!) The entire staff there is TERIFFIC!
