Great Car, Great Staff, Great Financing I went to the dealership with my job, granddaughter and 2 Shetland Sheepdogs in mind. I needed a car that was economical, roomy, fun, and easy to enter and exit for my entire family. Met Justin Aman as we were looking at Fortes and Souls. He was very friendly and cordial. We spoke for a while and I came to the conclusion the Kia Soul was a great fit. Antwoine a seasoned member of the sales staff was training Justin who had just been there 2 weeks. It was clear that the staff had a "can do" attitude. Everyone was very nice, providing drinks and snacks, giving us a tour of the entire facility. I have to say that I have always owned American made vehicles, but times change and people need to as well. Most American cars are made overseas. These Kias are equally safe, get good mileage, are attractive, comfortable and reasonably priced. In this day and age of high gas prices, an unstable economy, and high insurance premiums within major cities... These cars meet and exceed expectations. I'm encouraging friends and family members to consider new options in this global economy. More

There was no pressure put on us as customers to make a decision to buy a vehicle when we first visited Bob King Kia, and even though several months had past between that first visit and the second where we actually bought a vehicle, the salesman Terry McCoy still had me on file, and remembered me. We also enjoyed a pleasant conversation with Ms. Lisa Phelps while Mr. McCoy was taking care of the details of the purchase of our new vehicle. You couldn't wish to meet two nicer people than Terry and Lisa. Everyone at Bob King Kia was polite, courteous, and made sure that we had no concerns or questions before we left the premises with our new vehicle. They gave us exceptional service and were generous with our trade-in allowance, plus different rebates that would apply to the purchase of our new 2017 Soul Plus in mysterious blue!! . Driving home this evening, my husband and I both agreed that we will return to make our next purchase for another Kia when that time comes around.
