Yesterday I made 4 phone calls to get someone to price snow tires and schedule an appointment for me and each time I was told "someone" would call me back and there was no one that could help me. I never received a call back and it has been 48 hours. I purchased the tires elsewhere. The greatest sales team in the world won't keep customers if the service isn't the same. Extremely disappointed. More
