I recently had the misfortune of purchasing a Toyota Prius from Bob Johnson Toyota, and I must say, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience from start to finish. Firstly, the wait time for the Prius from Bob Johnson Toyota, and I must say, it was a thoroughly disappointing experience from start to finish. Firstly, the wait time for the car was absolutely ridiculous. The saga began when I placed an order for a Toyota Prius in August 2023. Months passed without any updates on the status of my order. Despite my inquiries, the dealership seemed unable to provide any information on the whereabouts of my car. It's baffling that a reputable dealership like Bob Johnson Toyota couldn't even track the status of an order placed with Toyota. After enduring months of waiting in limbo, I was finally approached and asked if I would be willing to settle for another Prius if one became available. At this point, I was growing increasingly frustrated with the lack of communication and transparency from the dealership. Upon delivery of the car, my frustration only intensified when I discovered that I was given only one key fob. When I questioned the dealership about the second key, I was informed that I would have to wait an additional six months or longer to receive it. This level of inconvenience and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable, especially considering the full market value I paid for the vehicle. Overall, my experience with Bob Johnson Toyota has left me deeply dissatisfied and frustrated. In conclusion, my experience with Bob Johnson Toyota was marred by poor communication, a lack of transparency, and a general disregard for customer satisfaction. I will certainly never consider buying from this dealership again, nor will I ever trust Toyota after this ordeal. I cannot in good faith recommend them to others. More

The people who work at Bob Johnson Toyota are not just nice. They are fabulous people who made me feel at ease immediately. They are helpful and very knowledgeable about Toyota vehicles. We bought out 4Runner lease out and were in the dealership for 2-3 HOURS initially and the again for that same amount of time for a straightforward lease buyout. It was hands down the worst vehicle purchasing experience I have had. Additionally they fixed the brakes and they haven't stopped squeaking since. In contrast, I went to VanBortel Ford for a different vehicle and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I cannot recommend Bob Johnson Toyota for vehicle lease or purchase or service with any confidence. More

It wasn't exactly what I was looking for (Toyota factory allocations take a long time to deliver what the customer is seeking), but her heads-up got me the sort of car I was looking for MUCH sooner than I anticipated. She under-promised and over-delivered. When I felt intimidated by the Financial Manager and let her know, she gave me a different Financial Manager for the rest of the process and made sure that things went smoothly. I would highly recommend working with Michel in the future and would recommend the dealership to another looking for a Toyota. More
