As far as Dorschel goes, I wasn't completely satisfied. Worked with Jason, and Matt. If it wasn't for Jason's follow up call about the vehicle, we probably wouldn't have given it a second go round. I hope Dorschel's manager understands their involvement with our purchase and that he gives Jason and Matt credit for the sale. My only regret was that Dorschel management didn't address my concern enough about the condition of the tires, and chose to do nothing. Matt did explain that management wouldn't do a thing about it. Which sends me a strong message about Dorschel. Matt suggested to check the level of the threads, and bring the car into the service area,. Upon doing the quick and easy penny test, clearly the threads are below standards and indicates, tires need replacing. The service manager, I believe, when he saw me doing the penny test, couldn't care less. He acted as though I had three heads. Long story short, I bought the vehicle because it was priced right, however, I have to buy a new set of tires, I don't want to compromise safety. Going into the service area to check the thread level was a total waste of time. I feel like Dorschel felt they discounted the vehicle so much, safety of their customers doesn't matter as long as they get what they need to get out of the sale of a vehicle. I'll be taking the vehicle to a reputable service place and confirm what I already know. I put my faith in the Dorschel name, and bought the car hoping the service area did their job, and the tires are the only thing I need to be concerned about. I only hope your service area did a thorough job when they serviced the vehicle for sale. I have my doubts now. It's too soon to recommend this dealership to friends and family. More
