Deceptive misleading !! Purchased a new Avalon with express info I wanted the car to travel in. I wanted a more comfortable car with navigation. After having the car 3 weeks Purchased a new Avalon with express info I wanted the car to travel in. I wanted a more comfortable car with navigation. After having the car 3 weeks I could not get the navigation to work. I was told, bring the car in and we will show you how to use the navigation. Come to find out, the car ( 40,700 cost) has no navigation. The sales manager argued with me for an hour telling me it does have navigation. finally he admitted the car has no Navigation capability, and offered to buy me a windshield mounted navigation. I said that is unacceptable for a 40K car. they washed their hands. refused to provide me what they told me I was getting. Toyota customer service was no better. after this deal, I will never buy at Dorschel, and make sure anyone I know does not either! In fact I will no longer buy a Toyota or a Lexus! I currently have 5 Toyota and Lexus models 2 being brand new Avalon's in the last 3.5 yrs, over 70K spent in 3.5 yrs on their product to be lied to and misled, and then they refuse to fix it! Who else was told they have gps to only find out after the purchase that you have no GPS Toyota agreed to stop doing this in arbitration in 2013, yet still doing it.. and the dealership is their representative.. so cant blame it on design flaw, Dorschel knows its a problem and continue to be complacent with deceiving customers! I was made very clearly aware by the sales manager James Cain and also by the staff that assisted telling me it doesn't have GPS that they are aware of this problem, and its a huge problem... but still leading their custom to believe there car has gps when they buy it. More

The whole crew was easy going and very friendly, Jodie went through all the new technology with me and was a great help.. My old prius was a 2009 and the technology in cars today is amazing. This 2019 Prius so far is getting average 55.5 MPG I know this will probably go down in the winter but my old Prius averaged about 42 MPG through the year. I know this one will get better mileage.I LOVE my new PRIUS and hope it lasts as long as the 2009, which is still running and I gave to my Grandson. THANKS DORSCHEL for all your help and time . More

Purchased my 4th Toyota from Dorschel I returned to Dorschel Toyota to purchase my next car. My previous Salesman was working-Frank Gallantaro. I intended to only look not make a final dec I returned to Dorschel Toyota to purchase my next car. My previous Salesman was working-Frank Gallantaro. I intended to only look not make a final decision, but I was told the special interest rate 1.99% expired in 2 days so I felt pressured to decide. On the day I finalized the paperwork, which was done in the general showroom where I could here a disgruntled customer arguing with a salesman, I only saw my salesman once. He never checked to see how things were going and I basically felt he washed his hands of me after I made the decision. When the girl went over the functions of the car I noticed a scratched console on my new car. So then my Salesman and some other guy had to determine what to do. They ended up having to order a brand new part and I would have to return to have it installed. No one in the course of the 2 hrs offered me water. I felt that my purchase was no big deal and was not treated like a highly valued customer who was purchasing my 4th vehicle from Dorschel Toyota. Very disappointing! More
