Thank you Meagan Farmer for outstanding customer service! Although this is my fourth car from Dorschel Toyota, it was my first experience as a widow buying a car alone. Meagan Farmer patiently guided me thro Although this is my fourth car from Dorschel Toyota, it was my first experience as a widow buying a car alone. Meagan Farmer patiently guided me through the cars, test drives and paperwork, answering and anticipating my questions. She understood what it is like to be height-challenged and showed me everything I needed to know to make a car fit someone under 5 feet tall! Although at first I was looking at an immediate purchase, I had to delay because of a family medical problem. I appreciated the interim contact with Meagan, which was caring and not pushy. She is knowledgeable, efficient and so pleasant to work with - she just has a natural sense of customer service. She made our interactions enjoyable and I really appreciated having a sales environment that was comfortable, informative and non-aggressive. She devoted a great amount of time to the whole process to make sure I understood what I needed to know - this is so important to a "first" time buyer and others making such a large purchase! A car-buying experience that exceeded my expectations It was under duress that I chose to buy a new car, and I had already been to another Toyota dealership and had a less than satisfactory experience. I It was under duress that I chose to buy a new car, and I had already been to another Toyota dealership and had a less than satisfactory experience. I was wary and distrustful walking in to Dorschel but within minutes may fears were allayed. Meagan Farmer took care of me from beginning to end. The fact that she started by explaining Dorschel's "no haggle" philosophy set my mind at ease, and as a result, she was able to put me in the car that I really wanted rather than the only car that I thought I could afford. Meagan spent at least three hours with me, we looked at a number of financing scenarios, looked at (and test drove) multiple cars, and through the whole experience, she was kind, friendly, and had nothing more than my best interest at heart. I am exceedingly happy with my experience and with my car! In addition, the day after I took possession of the car, there were a couple minor tweaks that were needed, and she set up the service appointment for me that day. Meagan comes with nothing less than a ringing endorsement from me! More

The only thing that I didn't particularly enjoy about the dealership is that I could not haggle on the price. I felt almost as if I were at target trying to negotiate the price of a box of cereal. Car dealerships should be more lenient in allowing for price negotiations based on competition from other dealers. Other than that, the car buying process was a success and I'm glad I found my mercury milan. I feel so fancy when I drive it! More
A change for the better. I got teased quite a bit for buying 2012 Rav4 of the same color as my 2004 Rav4. I looked at other vehicles but, my experience with Toyota reliability I got teased quite a bit for buying 2012 Rav4 of the same color as my 2004 Rav4. I looked at other vehicles but, my experience with Toyota reliability kept bringing me back to Toyota. Since I wanted a mid sized SUV the Rav4 was the obvious choice. I even used the same sales person Mark Fujimura. What wasn't the same was how the dealership operates today. Another salesperson referred me back to Mark when I couldn't remember his name from 2007. Everything was handled by one person, Mark. There were a few minor scratches all fixed no questions asked. I had a follow up concern that I took to the service department. Unlike a similar incident in 2007 it was all resolved no questions asked. The service is managed by a team leader who has his own team of technicians, so once again, the customer deals with one person. So unlike 2007 when I said I will never take my car to Dorschel service I am going to give Todd Thomas and his team a chance to show me I can trust them to perform the scheduled maintenance that has kept my 2004 running reliably, Thank you to all for making this purchase an enjoyable experience.
