Amazing Staff and Service! I went to FX Caprara looking for my first car. I'd had a bad experience a few days before at a different dealership, and was nervous about trying agai I went to FX Caprara looking for my first car. I'd had a bad experience a few days before at a different dealership, and was nervous about trying again. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by multiple friendly faces, including Joel, who is a salesman. Joel walked me through the entire sales process, letting me test out every single car I wanted to see. I was treated to coffee, and met some of the other salespeople as well as management while there. I fell in love with a 2017 Ford Focus, and Joel did all the paperwork for the loan application for me. He then worked tirelessly with John in finance to get me an amazing deal on my first car. Before I left, I had full understanding of everything included in my loan, my car was fully detailed, and Joel personally filled the gas tank before I left as well as synced up my phone's Bluetooth. I can't recommend FX Caprara enough, the kindness that they show their customers and the time they take for each person shows that they really care about everyone who comes in. More
