Keith Hart = worst car salesman ive dealt with. To begin with I gave Keith 4 days to collect 3 vehicles I desired to test drive and when my wife and showed for our appointment there was only a total To begin with I gave Keith 4 days to collect 3 vehicles I desired to test drive and when my wife and showed for our appointment there was only a total of 2 of said 3 vehicles. After our test drives we were told that the system was down and that we would have to return the next day to complete our deal. Keith was rude, irritable and obviously only focused on one thing, his commission. Lastly when we visited the dealership we had already been approved for 6.00% interest through our bank (USAA) but Keith insisted that he try to lower or match that rate. He came back a short time later and said that we were approved for 6.00% through Community Bank, but as it turns out he lied and the rate that appeared on the final paperwork was 6.29%. We will never be patrons of this establishment ever again. More
