Terrible service Kept my vehicle for 10days, did NOT Do the required service, blower motor. Would not update me as to the progress of the service. Overall terrible experience. Nice people but terrible outcome!! I've chosen not to go public with my overall assessment of your service dept. because your people were at the least cordial and kind. When I called and spoke to the service department she told me to check my mileage minder for oil on the computer in the truck and I had 33% left. So I didn’t mind waiting a couple weeks for the oil change. She assured me I would be absolutely fine by the time I came in and she was right I still had 12% left! So the service department women I spoke to knew the vehicle well and I liked that. More

My salesperson Zach Lavalley made leasing an easy, fast and enjoyable process. I told him what i wanted and where i needed to be payment wise and again, he came through for me! All i had to do was go in and sign the papers because he had everything ready for me! I have to give a shout out to Dylan as well. He made setting up my onstar and hotspot so easy! Bob Johnson has a customer for life with me! More
Disappointed in lack of transparency I was under the impression that I was getting a great deal, but now, I am not so sure. I am currently leasing a 2019 Equinox through Bob Johnson Chevr I was under the impression that I was getting a great deal, but now, I am not so sure. I am currently leasing a 2019 Equinox through Bob Johnson Chevrolet. I did not see the car before I agreed to lease it, but I was under the impression that it was a new vehicle. After I signed the paperwork and got the car, I realized the car already had 2000+ miles on it and was already lower than 70% on oil percentage. The car also already had at least 20 other phones connected to the Bluetooth and at least 30 radio stations preset. The inside of the car had also not been cleaned and had obviously been used as all the car mats were dirty, including the mat in the truck. You can obviously tell that the car had been used greatly, and not just for a couple of test drives. When I reached out to my salesman, I was told this was a "demo" vehicle (what does that even mean?) and that is why I received such a good deal on it. I am really disappointed that I was not informed of this information ahead of time and that is was hidden from me until I actually purchased the car. I really wish I had known this information ahead of time so I could have made a more informative decision. I also wish the car would have at least been cleaned up so it felt like a new car instead of a car that had already been driven by clearly an entire bunch of other people. I have had the car one day and the backup camera is already malfunctioning and the passenger front door doesn't appear to be closing correctly. After signing all of my paperwork, I also had to go back to the dealership again and sign new paperwork because the lease agreement was $.01 off. I unfortunately am starting to regret my decision to purchase a car through Bob Johnson as my lack of trust has greatly worsened due to the lack of transparency in the vehicle I was purchasing. I really hope Bob Johnson will try to correct this going forward. More
