Typical dealer service They did the annual inspection in a reasonable amount of time. I asked them to see why the media, communication center goes out. They told me I would have to make another appointment and leave the my car until the unit went down again. This would leave me without my only means of transportation indefinitely or having to pay for a rental car indefinitely. The whole reason I leased this car was so I wouldn't have these issues. I am very unhappy and counting the days until I can get out of my lease. More

Another outstanding service Brought my vehicle in for an uncommon issue. A technician rode with me so I could point out the issue however he was on able to acknowledge the issue Brought my vehicle in for an uncommon issue. A technician rode with me so I could point out the issue however he was on able to acknowledge the issue I was referring to. They asked me to leave my car so they could test it out again. Once the technician drove it again on his own he was able to acknowledge the issue and searched the Buick boards for a related complaint/issue. The service center tries to upsell At every chance the service felt true to upsell for other services. When my husband turned down the service, the technician brought the paperwork out to my husband and told him he was all set. My husband inquired about the brakes and the tech stated tvatcthere is nothing wrong with them. Worth the Wait 2017 Chevy Cruze had a cracked Piston and my car was in the shop for 10 days.
