Did not live up to what I expected. Problems diagnosed were more serious than expected. It took quite a bit longer to complete the repairs than expected. When I picked up the vehicle it was filthy on the outside so much so that I had to go direct to the car wash. The next day I got a check engine light which required me to return. It was determined that the tech had damaged some wiring during initial repair which meant leaving my vehicle for more repairs. I was not charged for these but it certainly is not convenient to have to keep returning for service. The service writer did keep me advised on all steps and I was provided a loaner vehicle. This is the second time I have come in for service with this vehicle and the second time it wasn't repaired correctly the first time. I started using your service facility after a long time at another one. So far I am disappointed in the attention to detail when coming in for service at Bob Johnson Chevrolet. More
