Oil change and tire rotation. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned that I might have a coolant leak and if they had time I would like them to look at it. They I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I mentioned that I might have a coolant leak and if they had time I would like them to look at it. They were really busy that day. After the initial work was done the service writer told me that the found no signs of leaks. The tech also filled all my fluids at no charge. Great experience. More

Typical Salesmen Despite what they preach to you prior to your purchase, they actually do not care about you after they get your money. I told them I wasn’t happy with Despite what they preach to you prior to your purchase, they actually do not care about you after they get your money. I told them I wasn’t happy with the vehicle and would like to trade it for something else on the lot, they said they would get back to me, it’s been 3 days now and I haven’t heard anything. My emails have been ignored. Now it’s over a week after my purchase and I’m sure I won’t hear from them about any of my concerns. The vehicle was also dirty when I picked it up. It smelled of cigarette smoke and there was dirt all over the inside on the ceiling and sides. More
