Recall issues I made the originally appointment over a week in advance to make sure that the parts for the recall would be in because every time I turn on my car, t I made the originally appointment over a week in advance to make sure that the parts for the recall would be in because every time I turn on my car, the clock resets(note: this is now the second time this has happened) I also needed an oil change... I dropped my car off the night before and called to check in around 10AM and was told it would take longer because of the recall. I picked my car up around 2:30 and was told they ordered the parts for the recall and they would call me when they were in. I was frustrated since I had made the appointment in advance. After leaving with no resolution, I got a call from someone offering to pick up my car from my work on Monday and fix it and he assured me the parts would be in. On Monday they did pick up my car and return it after “fixing” the recall. Unfortunately, i am still have the issue with the clock resetting and have not heard back from anyone st bob johnson including Jamal who I left a message for the day of. Overall very unsatisfied. For the most part happy Got a really good deal on the vehicle. Happy with that end. Needed a few things to pass inspection which were taken care of and given a rental. Only able to drive a few hundred miles on that so I had to return it to get another rental. I live an hour each way so it was a little cumbersome to have to go a few times. Otherwise everything else was well taken care of but that’s the reason I didn’t give a perfect rating. More

I was charged for a oil change and it wasn't performed. My receipt said 3 different types of oil were put in my car. Everyone treated me with a smile and "How can I help you?". Mike Marelletta was wonderful! He genuine and sincere. He listened to all my questions and answered knowledgably and confidently. He made sure I was comfortable with everything. Erica Pappert was non judgemental yet transparent when helping getting the financing I needed.
