Appointment delayed 2 full days Appointment was scheduled for the morning on a Thursday to look at transmission issue. I left the car all day and they didn’t look at it until Saturda Appointment was scheduled for the morning on a Thursday to look at transmission issue. I left the car all day and they didn’t look at it until Saturday morning. this is the second time I’ve left a car all day for an appointment and it wasn’t looked at. One person told me their specialist is on vacation. Another one told me the specialist is out of town for training. Either way this dealer needs to learn how to schedule. And of course they didn’t acknowledge any issue with transmission even though there is obvious delayed/slow shifting. still under warranty with 23,000 miles. More
