Surprised. Surprised by the service department. Took truck in for a oil change and tire rotation. Brought in a few minutes early. Had a few concerns on the brand Surprised by the service department. Had a few concerns on the brand new truck such as brakes feeling off for only having 18,000 Miles and a ticking sound. The advisor stated “we can’t do that today”. He then came out of the shop and stated you are due for an inspection, which ended in May. I still had oil life left, so I did an inspection before this appointment. Almost took sticker off before i was able to. All they needed to do is look and they would’ve known it was current. Didn’t take coupon that was sent in the mail. Stated it’s not for trucks. I understand that but why would a coupon be mailed to a truck owner then? Lastly, it was an appointment which was at 11am. Car didn’t complete till 2pm for an oil change and tire rotation. Was walking around looking at cars when I saw my own car. Went in and was informed that the truck has been done for 45 mins. Service advisor knew I was waiting but no one bothered to inform me. Just inconsiderate of someone’s time. I believe the advisor was named Jamal. Definitely felt like a number and not a customer. Mistakes happen but I think all the ones above in one visit wouldn’t make any one happy. 2 stars is generous after this service visit. More

Outstanding service I found the used car I had been looking for online. The price was lower than any other dealer. I called the next day to see it. The web page that hat I found the used car I had been looking for online. The price was lower than any other dealer. I called the next day to see it. The web page that hat the awesome low price made a mistake when putting it online. By the time I called the next day the price had been changed online reflecting an increase by $2600.00. When I spoke to the used car manager he wad unaware that the price wad different yesterday. After speaking to him about the mistake he decided to let me buy the car for the lower price. I wad ecstatic. Went right up to Bob Johnson's and bought the car. I'm one happy camper! More
