Work not satisfactory Brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Specifically asked service rep if they would check air pressure in all tires. He told me yes that Brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation. Specifically asked service rep if they would check air pressure in all tires. He told me yes that they always do this. The next day my warning for low tire pressure Came on showing all tires were low. All at 28 except one that was 27. Recommended tire pressure is 35. Because weather temp had changed to much cooler, I waited till next day when it was warmer to see if warning still on. It was. All tires were at 27 and 28. My husband checked with tire gauge and it also read 27 and 28. So I can’t count on your service dept to do what they say or to return car to me with no safety issues. I called the following day and Steve was not available and woman who answered not particularly engaged with me. I was in management for 24 years and my advice is to Always apologize to customer. In fact apologize a few times. Amazing how that can diffuse almost any situation. And then of course follow up with a phone call back to customer. More

The website was easy to use, the option to alter terms to build an affordable monthly payment with the online calculator was exceptional, I wasn't jumped by 80 salesman looking for their next comission. I was goven the space I needed to either look around at their HUGE lot, or go inside. We met with Mason, who never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. He Listened to my situation and what I was looking for and didn't do what most sales people do; he didn't speak only to my husband (I can not emphasize how big a deal this is as a woman). He suggested a car i had seen online and gave me the rundown on its features before giving me the keys for a testdrive. He rode along and explained in more detail the features and how to navigate the infotainment (first hitech car for me). He asked about comfort levels and if there was anything I didn't like (presumably to gauge what alternative vehicles might work better if I was dissatisfied with). But the car was amazing. I didn't even miss the console and overhead storage I'd had in my old car. We talked about financing and buyers perks (ohmygod so many perks) and extended warranties and rebates. I can't think of anything they left out or didn't explain thoroughly. I had to come back with plates and title and they even made sure to switch my insurance over for me (I almost forgot - and then couldn't get the info when i tried to reach my agent). When I came back eith my stuff, they walked me through every document, verified all my information, explained more perks, and then walked me through setting up and linking devices and apps. Everyone was sweet, kind, patient, and smiling. I will unabashedly recommend them to everyone. Great team of people. Great service. Great car. Thank you!!! More
