I thought it was a good experience .. The sales process and pricing was good at the dealership so I had thought I had a good experience until I realize the neglect that was done in the pap The sales process and pricing was good at the dealership so I had thought I had a good experience until I realize the neglect that was done in the paperwork. I leased a new vehicle the end of June 2018 and I never received the permanent registration so I called the dmv on October 4 and was informed Bob Johnson Chevrolet never did the paperwork and my plates were still coming up as my old car. After speaking with th dmv I called the sales person I dealt with and said he would find out what happened and still have yet to receive a call back. Very displeased with the quality of service received that shows clearly it was more important to “make a sale” which in turn leads to me having to deal with this headache months later. Needless to say we will not buy another vehicle from them or recommend them to others. More
