Efficient very courteous and helpful I went to Bob Johnson because I needed an oil change at that time I knew I would have to return due to my inspection would be effective in the month o I went to Bob Johnson because I needed an oil change at that time I knew I would have to return due to my inspection would be effective in the month of April, a matter of 2 week the service department went ahead and did the inspection at that time so it would not be necessary for me to return in the 2 week appt.
