Fast, easy experience - Love my 2017 Buick Encore I am so happy I gave Patrick Buick GMC a chance. I had to turn in a Nissan lease and was trying to stay within a particular budget. After no luck from other dealers, Jonathan Collister - who is so knowledgable and sweet - helped me get exactly what I wanted and within my budget. Everything was wrapped up with a day and I love my new blue 2017 Buick Encore! The finance department -Dave Brick and Terry - were amazing too. And Mark H. also took some time to show me some cool features in the Encore. Honestly, it was one of the quickest and easiest car finding experiences I've ever had. I told Jon from the get go, this is what I need and this is what I can afford - if you can't do it, let's not waste each others time. And he get back to me with a straight answer within minutes. Never tried to sell or push anything on me. I can't give him enough stars!! <3 More

Who is the animal that likes to drag bird, grass, mice. My 2014 Terrain for no reason decided to have a problem starting. Met Jeff Dahlin at the service area and described the problem, just thinking it cou My 2014 Terrain for no reason decided to have a problem starting. Met Jeff Dahlin at the service area and described the problem, just thinking it could be a sensor. To our surprise the service personnel discovered under the engine cover, there was a supply of grass, leaves, dead bird (blue jay), mice, plastic bag etc. One wire to a sensor as bitten though and two others with teeth marks showing exposed wires. Service personnel vacuum the area repaired the sensor. Note: I asked for pictures of the mess and was provided with them to prove it. Thanks to the service personnel, Jeff Dahlin for the quick response. All your service advisors have been great (Jeff Dahlin, Jeff Palm, Marino and Stephen. I didn't get the name of the service tech, but thanks for the pictures. More

Pressure free salesperson!! So I went into look around at a new GMC terrian. When I walked in I felt like I was in a very upper class Environment. The facility was clean and look So I went into look around at a new GMC terrian. When I walked in I felt like I was in a very upper class Environment. The facility was clean and looked like the property was well maintained. My sales persons name was Chris. He was very polite and didn't make me feel pressured to buy a car. He showed me all of the features on the car and helped steer me in the right direction. I will be back after reading up on the reviews about the terrian and be in touch with my decision soon. I recently had to help my 82 year old mother transition in I want to give a big shout out to Patrick & their sales representative Christopher Crough. I recently had to help my 82 year old mother transition into a much needed 2017 vehicle. To say the least she was scared. The new technology overwhelmed her but Mr Crough took the time to explain her options which led her to buying her 2017 Buick Lasabre. Actually the decision was easy, the car speaks for itself, all the staff including finance were very helpful and she has always trusted in GMC! But I confess she was very intimidated by the new technology. Christopher took the time, a lot of time, the day we picked up the car. He allowed her to drive around the parking lot for a while, teaching her how to use some of the many new "bells & whistles" she was so unfamiliar with, putting her at as before she headed home in her new car. As a daughter who was concerned about her elderly mother who was so overwhelmed & scared I say thank you Christopher Crough being so understanding & compassionate! You made my mother's buying experience a positive one and her daughter's experience a pleasant one. So much so that I actually I plan on returning to purchase an Acadia from him very soon!
