Wasn’t happy with the service department. Found out in May the shocks on my Ram were leaking. Was told it would take a couple of days to get the parts and would get a call when they came in. After not hearing anything I called and was told there was a mix up getting the parts ordered. Once again I was told it would be a couple days. Three weeks later I called after not hearing from the service department and was told the part was in and would take half a day for repair. I dropped my truck off at 9 and at 3 I called to get a status and the service had to check and call me back. When they called back I was told the wrong part was ordered and they would need to keep it and would be done the next day. A call letting me know of the status would have been nice. When I picked my truck up I was told they would bring it to the front of the dealership . After waiting 15 minutes I went back to the service department and found my truck was parked in the service department garage behind two vehicles. I had to back my truck to get out and not once did anyone offer to help or even check to see if I was the owner More
Once again, I was disappointed with the service at Bob Howard Dodge. After having my truck for 2 days, they finally did a diagnosis and called to tell me what repairs they recommended and asked to keep my Howard Dodge. After having my truck for 2 days, they finally did a diagnosis and called to tell me what repairs they recommended and asked to keep my truck for another day. I told them to get my truck ready and come get me without doing anything. Lo and behold, they told me that they could do the repair that afternoon. I agreed. When I went to get my truck, the repair hadn’t done because the tech decided it was more important to go home at 5 rather than work on my truck. Unless the work must be done by a dealership, I will never be back. I will also warn everyone I know to avoid them at all cost. More
It was a absolute pleasure buying my 2025 Ram 1500 Longhorn from the sales team. They were honest trustworthy & knowledgeable about their vehicles. We completed transaction in couple of hours on a Sat Longhorn from the sales team. They were honest trustworthy & knowledgeable about their vehicles.
