I paid over $700 for them not to repair the vehicle. They "repaired" something - maybe it too needed to be addressed or they mis-diagnosed the problem and 'fixed' something not needing fixed. I had not gone 15 miles from the dealership when the problem re-appeared. I brought it back in, they performed a diagnostic, suggested the problem might be this, or that, but they were too busy to address, would schedule me at some future point. I recently (couple months ago) purchased a new vehicle from one of the dealerships. It will not happen again. I will minimize all future interactions w/ Bob Howard. There is at least one item on the recent purchase that is Bob Howard centric. Otherwise, I will have my vehicle serviced elsewhere. As for the jeep, I will take it elsewhere for repair of the current issue as well as all future servicing needs. More

For a simple oil change was there four hours. Yes you had to get approval from ARI but that doesn’t take four hours. When I got back in my truck it smelled of oil.
