I had the most pleasant experience with a Service Advisor, Anna Moyer, that I have had in the past. She was courteous, friendly, professional, and was not rude like the last Service Advisor I had. I swore I would never come back based on the previous experience I had. However, I decided to try again in the hope that I would get someone different. As luck would have it, Anna was the only Service Advisor in the area which worked out for me. Again, I can’t reiterate what a great experience I had and how it renewed my confidence in your dealership. I hope she sticks around. More

From the first conversation with the professionals at Bob Howard until I drove off the lot in my new Jeep, everything was amazing. From the receptionists to the sales manager and the finance team. Quote was quite a bit different than my bill but the service folks worked hard to make it right, which was appreciated. Original explanation had to do with their online platform not matching reality. Only spent $25 more than I was quoted instead of $150. Appreciate dealer service since my car was bought and warranteed there, so the time and effort to make it right goes a long way with me. More

I have gone to this dealership now three times in the last year and a half. Every time is for an oil change/inspection. Even though I have an appointment, I still end up waiting over two hours every time last year and a half. Every time is for an oil change/inspection. This most recent time, I didn’t receive any notification or, any information to support that they did the multipoint inspection Or anything else needed to be fixed which I expected given that they had said something last time and it’s an older car. The work they do is amazing but communication and promptness are seriously lacking. Last time our Journey was in the shop they were two weeks late getting it finished (it was a major repair but…) and promptness are seriously lacking. Last time our Journey was in the shop they were two weeks late getting it finished (it was a major repair but…) and only updated us after multiple calls to them. This time it was supposed to be done by lunch and couldn’t get service to answer the phone starting around 1 and holding for 16-20 mins each time till after 4 when I finally just drove up there to find it parked to the side finished but paperwork still needing finished and filled out in back. Bob Howard CJDR was a fantastic dealership to work with when buying a new Ram 2500 truck. The dealership was super nice and the hospitality from our salesman Nathan was unmatched from anywhere else we had when buying a new Ram 2500 truck. The dealership was super nice and the hospitality from our salesman Nathan was unmatched from anywhere else we had been. The purchasing took around two hours from start to finish with them and couldn’t have been an easier or stress free! I would give them 5 starts and a 10 out of 10 rating. Highly recommend anyone looking to buy a vehicle to stop by Bob Howard and give them a chance to get you into a new vehicle. More
