My wife took her '05 Pacifica in for an oil change. They performed a "free inspection" finding that her front brakes were in serious need of immediate replacement. She was informed that if not done her roto performed a "free inspection" finding that her front brakes were in serious need of immediate replacement. She was informed that if not done her rotors would be ruined costing us much more in the long run. Unfortunately for them I know how to get this done myself and when I removed the front wheels her brakes were brand new like they were replaced when the car was traded in before we bought it. I would have complained to management, but I'm sure that's where the directive to rip customers off came from in the first place. This place is crooked. A total rip off. More
