My husband and I purchased the Chrysler 200, a classy vehicle and we love it. From the initial search for the perfect vehicle, to the financing of the purchase price, our sales team was knowledgeable and informative about the product. Just as important as the search for the vehicle was the experience with the staff: No pressure. Professional, courteous, personable, pleasant, efficient interaction with each member of our sales team, whether it was the sales rep, the sales rep trainee or the Manager. If we had to describe our experience in two words, those words would be “Excellent Service”. Thanks Bob Moore Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram! More

We live nearly an hour away from their location, and chose to call ahead to be certain the vehicle was still available. They assured us it was, so we started out to have a look. Once there, the salesman who greeted us walked us from building to building, then told us it had sold 10 minutes prior to our arrival. There was no one in the building but my husband and I, and two salesmen. I have a history of dealing with auto sales, and I know these transactions do not wrap up in an hour or less from start to finish. This auto group had the vehicle listed at one price online, then relisted it for $2,500 more two days after we tried to see the vehicle. If it had indeed sold, then why relist it for a higher price just two days later. I will NEVER do business with this dealership in the future. And, I will be sure to make their practices known to anyone I know who is in the market for a new vehicle. The way we were treated is disgraceful. They are a dishonest business. DO NOT BUY. More

They accepted my offer and then refused to honor the price! On 12/26/2015 a Bob Howard Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep sales person named Tiffani left me a voicemail regarding my $25k offer for a Ram 1500 Regular Cab the On 12/26/2015 a Bob Howard Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep sales person named Tiffani left me a voicemail regarding my $25k offer for a Ram 1500 Regular Cab they had in inventory. I returned her call and she informed me they would accept my $25k offer if I also paid $500 more to cover their "Documentation Fee". I agreed to the total price of $25,500 and Tiffani took my Visa Credit Card number for the $500 deposit they required me to put down towards the truck. Tiffani confirmed we had a "deal". I confirmed I would be either paying cash and flying out there to drive my new truck home......or I'd bring a Jeep Wrangler I own to their dealership to use as a trade-in towards the purchase price. Either way, we both agreed on the sales price and I committed to buy. I began organizing flights and possible transporters to bring the truck to me. Some time later that afternoon, I received a phone voice message from a very un-professional sounding man from Bob Howard CDJ, named Eric. He called me again while I was listening to his voicemail. and he proceeded to ramble on about rebates and moneys he gets paid that sound like "kickbacks" from the company....... and frankly a lot of "Used Car Salesman" nonsense! He was going on and on and not making any sense, so I finally asked him point blank, if he was going to honor the price I was given by my sales person, Tiffani. After more rambling and nonsense, he finally answer my question with a No, the dealership was Not going honor Their own quoted price!!! I have never had a vehicle transaction completely collapse because the Seller simply changed their mind AFTER a price was mutually agreed to AND a Deposit was even taken by the same Seller!!!! To TOP Off This Experience, this Eric person actually had an "annoyed attitude" while trying to TELL me I HAD to pay almost $2,000 more than the price HIS Sales person quoted me and confirmed to me. (Instead of being professional, ethical and honoring the Price THEY QUOTED ME) Amazingly, this amateur "assistant manager" Eric person, kept trying to make me agree to his $2,000 higher sales price! My experience with Bob Howard, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram, was simply AWFUL and I could never recommend this dealership to anyone ! Again, I offered, they countered and I accepted THEIR Counter Offer!!! Then they reneged and did Not Honor THEIR QUOTED PRICE!!! If you can Not know what price this dealership will really accept for a vehicle, why would anyone even consider going to this dealership. There are many honest, legitimate and honorable Ram dealerships nationwide, but in my experience, this Bob Howard CDJ and Ram dealership in Oklahoma City, OK., is NOT one of those! I am sending a formal complaint letter to the local Oklahoma City, Better Business Bureau, the OK Attorney Generals Office and the Dodge/Ram National Sales Headquarters, explaining my experience with this particular dealership. Finally, the saddest part to this bad experience with Bob Howard CDJ and Ram dealership, is the fact that I had actually found the precise Truck I was looking for.......... then had it "stolen" away from me by a horrible assistant sales associates named Eric and Tiffani. Buyers Beware! Stay away from this dealership!!! More

And xxxxxxxx the Service of advisor its fixed , an their calls are answered out of Houston, they don't even have a clue what the workload is,, made an appointment with them reach the dealership then told that was just to speak with service of visor to set up an appointment two trips just to get it in for service THAT some real run around xxxx poor customer service. If you're smart you won't buy there , I sure won't More
no no no Man, what a bad business is this. I took a vehicle for repair at Bob Howard CJD. The windshield wipers did not work. These people try, just attempted Man, what a bad business is this. I took a vehicle for repair at Bob Howard CJD. The windshield wipers did not work. These people try, just attempted to fixed it several days in a row and couldn't find the problem. So, I week later I demanded the vehicle back. They asked for $1400 just for diagnostic even though vehicle was not fixed. I refused to pay, since were there was nothing fixed. $1400 for diagnostic. It's not my fault you cant fix it. So, unable to pay I left the vehicle there for 7 more days, in hope at least when I pay this amount it will be fixed. Two weeks gone, multiple phone calls, visits. After two weeks I went to get the vehicle back. They just couldn't fixed but insisted on some random amount again around $1700. Hours later after nerve wrack on my end and endless negotiation to get my car I paid around $950, just to get the car out of the shop. Remember car is not fixed. $950 for their attempt to fix it. This dealer needs completely new management. These are old school sneeze salesman, service advisers. This and all the reviews need to go Chrysler for a thoughtful corporate inspection/review. Or Mr. Bob Howard personally needs to fire these "buddies". This independent dealership does not represent the brand, even though I am not a fan anymore. Bottom line the culture of this place is so bad and so crooked. Note, service advisers are salesman too. They have a quota. My consultant was Jim Mulkey, but it could be anyone you deal with I fixed the car myself for about an hour with a part from eBay, $60 total cost. Plus the $950 to Bob Howard. Recall they demanded $1700 or no keys back. I mean my experience is borderline legal matter. Business with such practices should not be thriving. If you have the time and resources bring them to court. Fight for all of us the little guys. Hope Mr. Howard can hear us on the Golf course or the private airport they built in south Oklahoma!! And whoever is running their marketing, no need to apologize here on yelp. This money hungry, aggressive, predatory place will not get better with apologies More
