I began by using the USAA Auto Buying service, which lists Bob Howard as a certified dealer, and for good reason. When we discussed my trade value, they showed me several sources to back up what they offered, and then they legitimately offered a bit over value to help us reach a deal. The USAA discount was very clearly identified, as were Veteran's Day Discount and other incentives. The new car sales manager came INTO the office with my salesperson and I rather than the "let me go check" games that the earlier dealer played. Once my vehicle was delivered, they literally sat in the vehicle and went over all the technology with me, paired my phone with the vehicle, and made sure that I had no reservations about anything. I've reported the offending dealer to USAA, and praised Bob Howard to them as well. I'm a very realistic yet informed consumer, but I won't tolerate misuse of Veterans, let alone other customers as well...Bob Howard shows legitimate respect to their customers and really seems to be open and honest about the buying experience. When it's time for a new vehicle again, I'll definitely be returning to Bob Howard! More
