Multiple calls have accomplished nothing, if you can get someone to answer the phone after they transfer the call. The vehicle I purchased also still has insurance on it from the previous owner from the same company I use, so I'm having trouble getting insurance. Called my salesperson, and he said he would call the previous owner. Still no luck. Also only received one key with vehicle after asking for 2 multiple times. Our salesman JJ was a quick and efficient salesman. He had all of our paperwork ready within an hour of me calling in and reserving a vehicle. I had to drive 2 hours to the dealership. We went there and was treated like we were trash that blew in with a piece of xxxx trade in. We are EXTREMELY disappointed with the way we were treated and were told to go elsewhere by Taylor (sales manger) if we wanted. So.... we did! We canceled our $50k plus jeep order.
