After being told the car that was advertised was present on the lot I made an appointment to go see the car at 4:15 PM. I was told there was only a 2:15 appointment or a 4:15 appointment available. I called a second time to see if there was any way I could come earlier than 4:15 to avoid rush hour. I was told yes; she would have everything ready for me to see the car. While on my way I got a phone call from a salesman telling me he had a couple cars to show me. I told him which car I was coming to see, and he informed me it had been taken to auction that morning and was not available, but he had other cars. This is bait and switch. No other explanation. I will never go to Bob Howard again! The car advertised seemed too good to be true. I should have known the car didn't exist. More
