Had my Jeep Wrangler serviced this morning. I was the only one waiting in the waiting area. It took over 2 hours just to change the oil and a tire rotation. Multiple calls have accomplished nothing, if you can get someone to answer the phone after they transfer the call. The vehicle I purchased also still has insurance on it from the previous owner from the same company I use, so I'm having trouble getting insurance. Called my salesperson, and he said he would call the previous owner. Still no luck. Also only received one key with vehicle after asking for 2 multiple times.
