Everything was going wonderful as long as they thought we were still in the market for a car. I told the salesman we specifically needed one with AC. After several attempts to contact the salesman and his superior over a period of two days, it is apparent we will not be receiving a response. I feel like we got a good price on the vehicle, but that they were very dishonest in dealing with the air conditioning unit. All they had to do was say it needed work. And now, since they won’t return calls or texts, I feel like we have been somewhat scammed. I am very disappointed in the way this was handled. I will not be purchasing from them again. More

If I could give no stars I would. The service here was absolutely terrible from the get go. They were rude the first time I went to drop off after making an appointment and were quick to tell me it would be several days before they could look at it and it wasn’t actually an appointment. Once I figured out how I was going to get myself and my child around for several days I decided to give it another chance and bring my car back…all I wanted was diagnostic testing for a check engine light that was on. Jordan called to inform me there were 6 things triggering codes and they would need to do further diagnostic testing that would cost $793. LOL. The way he sold it and described it to me, it seemed like it would take hours upon hours to do and that they wouldn’t double charge me for it once they figured out what was wrong. I ended up agreeing to the diagnostic testing and THREE HOURS LATER they came back and told me I had almost $7000 worth of repairs my car needed. The diagnostic testing price now made zero since for 3 hours of work. They wouldn’t budge on the price…well they dropped it down to $650…lucky me but these people are scam artists and tried to take advantage of me because I’m a woman and my lack of knowledge of cars. I took it to another body shop in the city and they came back with a quote of $1800 for ALL the work that needed to be done. One of the things Bob Howard quoted me needed to be done didn’t even come up at this new body shop. Absolutely ridiculous. Their customer service is 0/10. Their employees were not understanding at all and you could tell they were just making sure to meet their quota. If you are a woman DO NOT go here. They will take advantage of you. More
