Mr. Barton, You must be joking? What "attempts to resolve" my concerns have you or your dealership offered? For me to continue to wait another 6 weeks for the "brand new vehicle" that I've paid for? To continue to deny my requests for the repair records your people said that they would provide me? More likely that you will continue to hold only your interests in mind. But, go ahead and tell me again how "Chrysler won't let you" do this or that. This has by far been the worst car buying experience I've ever gone through.
