Had my Jeep Wrangler serviced this morning. I was the only one waiting in the waiting area. It took over 2 hours just to change the oil and a tire rotation. Tech Joseph Morache only took a half hour of labor ($61) to remove three lug nuts. If that kind of customer service isn't enough to prevent me from buying from this dealer, or manufacturer again, I don't kn to remove three lug nuts.
