Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The vehicle you inquired about had not made it through our service department yet and was still for sale. Once the used car inspection was done we found several issues with it and decided that it was unfit for retail and would send it to the auction. Our salesperson did the right thing once we found out we called to let you know we had other cars available and that car was no longer available and being sent to auction. I apologize that this frustrated you, it was not bait and switch. Once our sales staff was notified it was going to auction we called to let you know and to offer other vehicles. I still say bait and switch. The sales 'person who called to let me know" said the car had gone to auction that morning. I didn't even call till after 12:00 PM the first time. So, whatever you say. You won't be seeing us there ever.
