Bob Howard CJD in Oklahoma City is the return of the Sleazy car dealerships!!!!!!! I wish that Google would allow for negative stars, but the only option was to give a 1 star, and I still believe that Sleazy car dealerships!!!!!!! I wish that Google would allow for negative stars, but the only option was to give a 1 star, and I still believe that is too high of a rating for this dealership. My wife and I stopped by Friday after work to see the cars we were looking at online. They were there, and we could take a look to make sure we liked them in person. I met a few of the salespeople, and they understood that we were not interested in a lot of talking and just wanted to see the cars in person. My wife and I decided that we liked the cars and (initially) thought this was a friendly dealership. So, Saturday afternoon, we drove both vehicles to the dealership and asked to test drive a few particular models A blue Jeep 2-door Sport and a series ii Wagoneer. We dove the Wagoneer first and liked it; we were unsure if it had enough room behind the rear seats, though we may also consider a new Ram Pickup. We drove then drove the blue Jeep, and my wife liked the Jeep. We arrived back at the dealership, and the salesperson was going to move it back to the lot, and I told him to keep it there because my wife wanted it. We returned to the lot so that I could make my final decision and wanted to look at the trucks so i could determine if I wanted the Wagoneer or a truck. While looking at the Ram's, a different salesperson came out and said that they were going to "sell the blue jeep (now get this part) to another person that "is ready to buy it right now." How insulting, right? So we tell the salesperson we have already told you we would buy it (remember we just test-drove it). The people they are now selling to have just arrived at the lot and have not even driven the Jeep yet. The salesperson did not offer any options for us to consider, I mean nothing, to try and save the sale. So we let him know that we would now be leaving. Now, I am only mentioning this so anyone who reads this can Fully understand the aggravation. I am a disabled Veteran, so I am hobbling around this dealership in pain for over 2 hours in 110-degree heat to purchase not ONE but TWO vehicles from this dealership. Being treated like this was not only insulting but turned into a complete waste of our time. Please do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. I can only assume that ALL BOB HOWARD dealerships conduct business this way, and we will not be visiting any of them. More
The salesman was genuine and went out of his way to help from the minute I walked in til the very end long after he already made the sale and that’s something special. from the minute I walked in til the very end long after he already made the sale and that’s something special. More

Finally was able to make it to the dealership on a Wednesday, which was an hour and a half away. They had my number for 48 hrs, yet didn’t bother to tell me that the vehicle needed repairs and was unable to be sold that day. I got a call saying it was ready on Friday. I went to the dealership to purchase the jeep and pointed out several issues with the paint. They printed out the invoice sheet and I asked if they could do any better. Alex condescendingly told me that I didn’t make an offer. When I did offer over kbb value, Alex was offended and refused to take my offer to the manager. My offer was over kbb and within 10% of dealer asking price, yet you’d think I offered 20k on a 100k vehicle. Absolute worst car shopping experience ever. More
