Was in for routine maintenance. Easy to schedule appointment and they were ready for the car when I checked in. The car was completely checked and maintenance completed. Every time I go here they provide fast, friendly, and great service. They are honest and always provide me with a list of future maintenance needs. great service. They are honest and always provide me with a list of future maintenance needs. More
The service is very good, not a fan of the car sales. About a year ago, I tried to get someone to help me, they didn’t have time. We will buy some where next time. About a year ago, I tried to get someone to help me, they didn’t have time. We will buy some where next time. More
I purchased a used Chevy Colorado at Bob Howard CDJ on 2-16-24. My experience was pretty far below what I consider average. I first called about the vehicle on Wednesday 2-14-24. Lady on the phone sa 2-16-24. My experience was pretty far below what I consider average. I first called about the vehicle on Wednesday 2-14-24. Lady on the phone said the vehicle was there and they’d get it ready for me to see. I made the 45 minute drive to the dealership and met with the salesman JJ. JJ told me the truck wasn’t there and had been loaned out as a service loaner. Complete waste of my time. To his credit, JJ called me on 2-16-24 when the vehicle had been returned. I again made the 45 minute trip with the intent on purchasing the truck. Upon arrival I met with JJ and looked at the truck, which had been washed but was very dirty on the inside and reeked of cigarette smoke. Still, it was the truck I’d been looking for and was reasonably priced (at first). JJ said they would clean and ozone the truck and we looked at the sales contract. JJ also told me they would fill up the truck. The dealership added nearly $1500 in fees and “interior treatments” which JJ said we company policy. $699 doc fee is absurd, and so is the $699 “interior treatment”. This is a terrible way to treat customers and seems like a dealership preying on people who don’t know any better. I negotiated the removal of the interior treatment and purchased the vehicle. The financing was fine, I had already secured my own financing and it was better than the dealership could get. No pressure or issues with the finance department. When I finished at the finance department it was around 9:00 and the dealership has closed. JJ met me with the truck but it still reeked of smoke, had not been cleaned, and wasn’t filled up. JJ said I could return sometime to get a tank of gas (although I live 45 minutes away). I suggested JJ could send a $30 gas card or something but he said the dealership won’t do that. To break down my rating, I’d give: JJ: 2/5 stars. Really didn’t go out of his way to make me happy but at least called me when the truck got back. Finance guy (Paul): 5/5. No issues here. Detail team: 0/5. Truck was in no better condition than before they “made it ready” Dealership policy: preying on those who don’t know better, if what JJ said was the truth. More
