I have gone to this dealership now three times in the last year and a half. Every time is for an oil change/inspection. Even though I have an appointment, I still end up waiting over two hours every time last year and a half. Every time is for an oil change/inspection. The work they do is amazing but communication and promptness are seriously lacking. Last time our Journey was in the shop they were two weeks late getting it finished (it was a major repair but…) and promptness are seriously lacking.
